1. Scope of Service

Arakan provides a forensic intelligence platform designed to audit tax data residency and compliance. Our service is a tool for professional assessment and does not constitute formal legal or tax advice.

2. Jurisdictional Bound

Users agree to utilize Arakan solely for data resident within the United Arab Emirates. Arakan disclaims all liability for data processed in violation of local residency laws if the user manually misconfigures node settings.

3. Limitation of Liability

Arakan is not responsible for penalties incurred by the user from the Federal Tax Authority (FTA). While our platform is built to the highest forensic standards, final compliance responsibility rests with the taxable person or entity.

4. Forensic Integrity

Any attempt to reverse-engineer the Arakan Forensic Engine or circumvent our sovereign node boundaries will result in immediate termination of service and reporting to the relevant UAE authorities.
