What is Small Business Relief (SBR)?

**Small Business Relief** allows eligible UAE Resident persons with revenue below a certain threshold (historically AED 3 million) to be treated as having no taxable income during a tax period.

**Note:** Even with 0% tax under SBR, "Taxable Persons" must still register and maintain **Forensic Record Integrity** to prove they did not exceed the threshold.
